warranty conditions
All our watches come with a 24-month movement warranty from the date you receive the watch. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the movement for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
In the event of a problem with the movement within this period, your watch will be repaired free of charge. Please note that the warranty does not cover the case, glass, strap or clasp.
Damage caused by improper use, neglect, amateur repairs, normal wear and tear or theft is excluded from the warranty.
In the event of damage occurring during transportation, we will cover the costs of repairing or replacing the affected parts.
