At GT Chrono, we value customer experience and want to ensure that our returns process is as convenient and customer-friendly as purchasing from us.
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us for any reason, you have the option of sending it back to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will cover the costs for both the original shipping and the return and will refund you the purchase price.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
According to Section 312g Para. 2 No. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer .
Our watches are made to order and offer various personalization options. Even if a customer decides to purchase a watch without additional personalization, the product offering includes individual choices. Therefore, these products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
In addition, an appropriate amount will be deducted for returns that show damage or whose condition suggests that the item has been used beyond the usual extent. This amount is determined based on the extent of the damage and the cost of any necessary repairs or cleaning.
We offer three different options for returns and exchanges:
If you would like an exchange for another product, you can return the item for an eGift Card and then use it to purchase another item on our website. Once the return has been processed at our processing center, we will begin processing your new order or email you your eGift Card.
Only unworn and undamaged items are accepted for return. If an item shows signs of wear, it will be returned.
If an item is damaged during transport and this is clearly due to the fault of the transport company, we will take full responsibility and refund you the entire amount. However, if the damage was caused by inadequate packaging during return shipping, we unfortunately cannot accept any liability.
