Return policy for our products - 14 days
At GT Chrono, we value customer experience and want to ensure that our returns process is as convenient and customer-friendly as purchasing from us.
Our 14-day return policy
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us for any reason, you have the option of sending it back to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
We do not accept refunds for used products. Used products will be returned to sender and no refund will be given.

Exceptions for personalized and custom-made watches
exclusion of the right of withdrawal
According to Section 312g Para. 2 No. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer .
Our watches are made to order and offer various personalization options. Therefore, these products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Our options for returns and exchanges for our skeleton watches and other models
We offer three different options for returns and exchanges:
- Return and refund to the original method of payment. If you no longer have access to this payment method
- Exchange for a different color or model
- Return in exchange for an eGift Card
Once the return has been processed at our processing center, it will take approximately 5 business days for your payment to be refunded.
Conditions for returns
Only unworn and undamaged items are accepted for return. If an item shows signs of wear, it will be returned.
If an item is damaged during transport and this is clearly due to the fault of the transport company, we will take full responsibility and refund you the entire amount. However, if the damage was caused by inadequate packaging during return shipping, we unfortunately cannot accept any liability.
